We ventured to Sky High yet again! SUCH a great workout. I wore my heart rate monitor this time, and peaked at 152! I was stoked, and tried to sustain that for the whole hour. That is comparable to running at under 9:30 min miles. Sweet!

Dan and Adam taking a H2O break.

Me, Court, and Rob looking extra sweaty. How is your ankle, Court? It was sore for a while after that night.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Just like being a kid again!

No jumping for Jen, Randi was a good friend. Thanks for the H2o! Hope to do it again soon!
