'round here

it seems like so long ago when I took these photos! it was just a few weeks ago, but the days have been out of routine, more fun packed in, more commitments and celebrations. Life has been full and GOOD.

The mornings have been really cold lately, frosty and beautiful. So crisp and clear. Guess we are about to have a week long rainstorm right up through Christmas.

Arabelle and Noah are two weeks apart. She was pretty rough with him this walk around the park, pushed him over so she could ride his bike! Yikes! I guess she is displaying more typical 2 year old behavior. Owen didn't really go through that kind of thing but he is learning a lot about boundaries now, at 5!

Messy faced nap girl. School pickup time is tricky with naptime but we do what we can!
O went on a field trip to the zoo. They dressed up as different woodland creatures.
He was the cutes racoon you ever did see!

Lots of crafts these days~ a permanent feature to our kitchen table: crayons, pens, paper.
Our favorite afternoon stop: Hooverville Orchards
Sis fell asleep on the way there (a no nap day) so we let her sleep while we played soccer, monster truck races, and tag. She got a decent nap but was not happy when she woke up.

These babes are so fun! It was the busiest day I've seen, it was the week of Thanksgiving and many people were stopping in to pickup home made pies. Owen ended up popping a fever the night before thanksgiving and getting a virus so we missed the big celebration at Wynter's house. We were bummed but rest is always best. Sometimes we gotta just lay low, hunker down, and stop the bugs from traveling around. I wish more people stayed home when feeling low. Well maybe just Owen's classmates!
