Happy 80th Birthday, Granny Jewel

We all gathered together to celebrate Chris's grandma's 80th birthday. It was a suprise, and boy was she suprised, with tears. She had a lot of suprises that weekend, and she said she "Was glad for it, but thought she should go home and have a glass of wine and relax." :) Janet, Granny, and Lois.
4/5 kids made it for the celebration, and I got to meet Jimmie, Janet's older brother who came out from Kansas.
Amanda and Josh came up from Arizona for the bash.
Paul and Chris discussed very serious topics. Maybe not, but they look like they did!

New Addition To the Family-Elise Kay

Another little girl for the Aubin Family makes 3. Elise (Elly) Kay Aubin joined us on the morning of April 2. Wynter did great once again, and even drove herself to the hospital as Dave waited for someone to watch the girls. They both made it, just in time!

Elise at 7 weeks-smiling so cute! They sure know how to make cute girls. I'm praying for some sleep you you Wynt. (She likes to be up frequently through the night...)

Mathew doesn't know how much we love him!

I have to update all of ya'll on our nephew, Mathew. He is doing great, and has doubled his birth weight! Good job, Shari and Josh! If only he would double his sleep time then all would be good! This picture was from a few weeks ago. Look at how grown up the cow-boy looks! What a little flirt! We can't wait to meet him! Shari and Josh are coming up next week!! Wahoo!
It is harder than I thought to have a nephew and be so far away from him...
What a doll!
Just chillin back!

Easter

Well one of my favorite things about Easter is easter dresses on little girls! They just don't make them for women... We started the morning at Oak Hills church, and went on to Kim's house for a delectable brunch of asparagas crepes, mmmm. Kim's patio was the perfect setting for good eats, company, and times.

Court made it up from the city.
The little girls were getting tired from their egg hunt, and the bigger girls were getting tired from their carbohydrate comas...
My sisters and I went back to Wynt's house and debated napping or walking. We opted for walking, and went out on the dike along the lake. (Felt a little better after those thirds from breakfast).
After the wonderful walk, we went up the hill to Grammy and Gramps's. Chris was working, and so was Mom. Jac came with us to celebrate. What a nice time.

Happy 4th Birthday, Lily

To celebrate Lily Grace's 4th birthday, we met the Aubin family at Bounceopolis in Folsom. Good times were had on her 3rd bday, and it was a definate bash last year. Aubins were attempting to have a low-key celebration, with the new bambino on the way and all, so we came up for a Satruday morning bounce. Ava had a BLAST compared to last year! This age is really perfect for the bounce slides and such.

I guess 24 is also a good age!!
Happy 4th Birthday, Lily!

Lacey's St Patty's Day Celebration

Well, since us interns stick together, we celebrated Lacey's birthday after class. It was also St. Patty's Day, so we figured we would give happy hour a visit. We went to Chevy's and spent the afternoon not in class or in a hospital! Lacey's mom sent her a package full of GREEN decor!
Jill and Sadie
Jamie, Me, Lacey
Katie and Carolyn
We enjoyed our afternoon off and it was a nice way to start our week!

Women's Day

No, I am not talking about the magazine, we really had a women's day! We had a small get-together for a ladies brunch at the Aubins house in the morning.

Ava had on a cute blue number!
Then, my mom and sistas and I went out to Lucca for dinner. (Someone even bought us drinks! Well, he was over 70:))
And ended the day with a show at the Community Theater, The Spelling Bee. Dinner and the show were Wynter's treat, for our Christmas presents. What a neat present to share together! Thanks sista!
